These terms govern your enrollment and online fee payments at Chandra Sir Coaching Centre. Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay (minimum ₹10). Tuition fees are monthly and non-transferable. Our study materials and shortcut techniques are proprietary intellectual property.
1 Acceptance & Academic Scope
By accessing our portal (https://chandrasir.com), enrolling in coaching batches, or paying fees, you accept these terms. We offer specialized coaching for WBCS, SSC (CGL/CHSL), Railway, Police, and Maths & GI at our centre: 26/2A, BM Banerjee Rd, Belghoria, Kolkata 700056.
2 Enrollment & Student Portal Access
- Accurate Details: Students must provide valid identity and phone details during admission.
- Portal Credentials: Enrolled students receive direct portal login access via registered mobile numbers. Keep your login secure.
- Batch Allocation: Class schedules, batches (12–15 students max), and mock test slots are assigned by the administration.
3 Fee Structure & Razorpay Online Gateway
• Payment Partner: Online fees are processed securely via Razorpay (RBI-licensed payment aggregator).
• Payment Modes: UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards.
• Minimum Amount: The minimum online transaction value is ₹10.00 (INR).
• Instant Receipts: Successful payments automatically mark the selected fee month as Paid in the Student Portal and generate an official receipt (`CS-RZP-XXXXXX`).
4 Code of Conduct & Intellectual Property
- Discipline: Students are expected to maintain classroom decorum and attend scheduled mock examinations regularly.
- Proprietary Notes: All classroom materials, math shortcut sheets, and mock tests are proprietary to Chandra Sir Coaching Centre. Unauthorized sharing, recording, or re-sale is strictly prohibited.
5 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
