Cancellation Policy

Cancel at least 3 business days before your batch starts for a tuition refund (via Razorpay, 5–7 days). Once ongoing monthly classes begin, cancellations take effect from the following month with zero future fee liabilities.
1 Cancellation Before Batch Commencement
- Timeline: Written cancellation request submitted at least 3 business days prior to batch start date.
- Outcome: Enrollment is cancelled, and advance tuition fees are refunded via Razorpay to your original bank source within 5–7 business days (less a nominal registration fee of ₹200).
2 Discontinuation After Classes Commence
• Subsequent Month Activation: Cancellations during an active academic month take effect from the next billing month.
• Ongoing Month: No partial or pro-rata refund for the ongoing month once classes have started.
• Zero Future Liability: Your student account is closed for future billing, and no future fee reminders will be sent.
3 Termination by Institute
The institute reserves the right to suspend or cancel enrollment for gross indiscipline, classroom disruption, unauthorized sharing/reselling of copyrighted shortcut notes, or persistent fee default without prior notice.
