Duplicate or failed transactions are 100% refunded within 5–7 business days directly to your original bank/UPI via Razorpay. Monthly tuition fees for active months already started are non-refundable; unutilized advance future months can be refunded upon prior notice.
1 Tuition Fee Regulations
- Ongoing Academic Month: Tuition fees once paid for an ongoing academic month are non-refundable once classes for that month commence.
- Advance Unutilized Months: If fees were paid in advance for upcoming months, unutilized tuition is refundable if discontinuation notice is given before that month begins.
- Non-Transferable: Fees paid for one student cannot be transferred to another candidate.
2 100% Technical & Duplicate Payment Refunds
✓ Automatic 100% Refund Granted For:
• Duplicate Charges: Charged twice due to page reload or bank network delay.
• Deducted but Failed: Bank debited the amount but gateway timed out without updating the portal.
• Incorrect Excess Amount: Excess debited above the prescribed tuition.
3 Razorpay Refund Timelines & Mode
• Payout Route: Credited directly to the original payment source (UPI, Debit/Credit Card, or Net Banking) via Razorpay.
• Timeline: Typically arrives in your bank account in 5 to 7 business days.
• Deductions: ₹0.00 merchant surcharge on technical/duplicate payment refunds.
